Comments and Other Information
Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Executive Director of Human Resources performs work of substantial difficulty in providing leadership and direction to the overall operation of the District Human Resources Department; recruit, select and retain quality staff; assure compliance with legal requirements; provide leadership for labor relations and manage collective bargaining agreements. Oversees and directs the District’s Facilities, School Nutrition, and Transportation departments. Works closely within a team of four Executive Directors to plan, organize and direct to carry out the district’s Strategic Plan. Keeps the Superintendent informed and works cooperatively with all other administrators in school and district-related matters. Plans for and leads appropriate professional meetings. Provides professional development for administrators throughout the year.
