Job Summary
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Senior Credentials Analyst performs a variety of complex technical duties in the monitoring of certificated assignments to ensure compliance with state credentialing requirements for BCOE and Butte County school districts; oversee the processing of applications and other documents to ensure that certificated personnel in Butte County hold valid credentials, permits, or certificates as appropriate; maintains accuracy of the county credentials database; trains and provides work direction and guidance to assigned personnel.
