Associate of Arts degree supplemented by completion of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Must have one of the following: 1. Passed a national examination administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and hold a current California certificate issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or 2. Possess a current California OTA limited permit while completing the NBCOT examination in order to obtain a California certificate issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy. Applicant must possess a valid CA driver license.
REQUIRED: Attach all requested documents to our application electronically. You will need to scan each document separately. Make sure the file size for each attachment is 1 MB or lower. PDF format is preferred.
