This office is establishing an open eligibility list for the Personnel Analyst position. Candidates on the eligibility list may be considered for any full-time, part-time, or limited-term positions occurring within 6 months of the established list for this job classification.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Qualified applicants who possess all classification minimum qualifications per the screening process will receive a notice of invitation to the next step in the process, which is a written/performance exam. Candidates who pass the written/performance examination will be invited to an oral examination, similar to an interview. Candidates who pass the oral examination will be placed on a ranked classification eligibility list. The top three ranks of the eligibility list will be eligible for an invitation to a final interview.
