Work life balance through 4-day work weeks, 148-day employment contract, and 13 weeks off throughout the year. An initial placement salary between $37,075-$48,975 (range under review for 2024-25 school year) plus $7,000-$10,000 in 301 money. A one-time $5,000 critical needs stipend (pending appropriate teaching certification) and an annual case management stipend of up to $4,000.
