We seek a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor with expertise in social-emotional development to join our Aspen Ridge Team. The School Counselor will support students' overall well-being and success in grades 7-12 by providing individual and group counseling, implementing social-emotional learning programs, and collaborating with staff, parents, and community resources. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping students navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Strong belief in the Aspen mission and educational model. Mastery of and enthusiasm for the subject matter. Two years of teaching experience preferred with a proven record of high student achievement. Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 from a competitive college or university; Master’s degree preferred. California teaching credential or in the process of obtaining a credential
