Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5PM. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department's needs.

• Ability to develop and implement research studies, including the collection, organization, and analysis of data.
• Proficient skills in computer data management and analysis applications.
• Proficient skills in the design and administration of questionnaires and research instruments.
• Intermediate skills in programming, and analysis using statistical packages or other analytical tools related to research and analysis including Hyperion, SPSS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
• Basic principles of statistical analysis.
• Intermediate research techniques and methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Basic principles of project and research planning and design, data collection, analysis, report preparation and presentation of results.
• Knowledge of state and legislative mandated reporting requirements.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Correct English usage and strong report writing and presentation.
• Demonstrated techniques of project management.
• Detail orientated.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Tentative Timeline (Subject to Amendments) Conditions of Employment: SELECTED CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT:

• Provide a Certificate of Tuberculosis Exam for initial appointment (Note: The certificate must be renewed every 4 years as a condition of continuing employment);
• Have fingerprints taken by a Live Scan computer at the District's expense (Clearance must be received prior to first day of employment);
• Present original documents for proof of eligibility to work in the United States as required by the I9 Employment Eligibility Verification form; AND,
• Attend a new hire processing appointment in People, Culture, and Technology Services located at the District Administrative Offices.
EMPLOYMENT AFTER RETIREMENT
