Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Supervisor of Transportation, supervises and directs the repairs and maintenance of all school buses and transportation vehicles. Organize, implement and participate in a complete program and repair of transportation equipment, District vehicles and equipment; performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid School Bus Drivers Special Certificate; Must acquire a valid School Bus Driver Special Certificate before the end of the six months’ probation period in order to continue employment with the District; Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B without restrictions; Passenger Endorsement (P) with no restrictions; Air Brake Endorsement no restrictions; DMV Medical Card; First Aid Certificate; CPR Certificate; Good driving record and proof of vehicle insurance.
