Positions are made available for current EUSD employees only. Bilingual candidates must show competency in both languages in one of the following ways: (1) currently classified as bilingual, (2) previously passed the written and oral assessments with the District OR (3) request to take (and pass) these assessments by contacting Cortney Springmier, cspringmier@eusd.org .
SCHOOL CLERK - BILINGUAL (Range 30) - 1 Position
June 24 - July 19, 2024, 5.0 hrs/day, 7:15 AM to 12:15 PM (Monday - Friday; No School July 4th Holiday, June 19th Holiday)
*Prep Days: Tuesday, June 18, 2024, Thursday, June 20, 2024, & Friday, June 21, 2024 (7:30 am - 12:30 pm)
*Will likely split these days with your home site to finish out your work calendar
**Program 1 (Elementary)LOCATIONS: Central, Conway, Farr, Felicita; Program 1 (Middle) LOCATIONS: Del Dios
Note: Sites are subject to change.

Priority consideration will be given to those that are available to work the entire Summer School Program Dates, have experience in Powerschool/ Google Docs and according to the Merit Rules below.
Current substitutes will be eligible for selection AFTER priorities a-c are met.
Merit Rule 6.200.6
Appointment to summer school, extended school year and intersession positions shall be made in this priority:
a) Employees who have worked in the classification, have successfully met the expectations of the class, and maintained necessary licenses or other requirements of the assignment.
b) Qualified employees working in other related classifications and successfully met the expectations of those classes, and maintained necessary licenses or other requirements of the assignment.
c) Qualified employees working in non-related classifications but who meet the minimum requirements of the classification for the assignment so as to provide evidence of ability to perform in such assignment.
d) Qualified persons not currently employed by the District in a regular-status position but meet the requirements of the classification for the assignment.
e) Qualified persons not currently employed by the District but meet the requirements of the classification for the assignment.
