Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P) Coordinator will develop and oversee all aspects of after-school, intersession and summer programming. Coordinator will establish programming, systems, and protocols to ensure program safety, quality, and high student engagement. Coordinator will approach the role with an entrepreneurial spirit, embracing creativity, leadership, innovation, technology and the practice of Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Coordinator will establish effective rapport with students, parents, and staff members to provide quality, engaging, and enriching after-school and experiences. Coordinator will supervise and train other program staff, when applicable.
