Murrieta Valley USD is currently accepting applications for substitute nurses for various grade levels (K-12).

Requirements / Qualifications

In order to be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a School Nurse Services Credential; or the ability to obtain this credential type, which requires a valid RN license and bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college. The District is committed to supporting candidates throughout the hiring process. If selected to be hired, we will cover the costs associated with fingerprints required for employment and acquiring a valid TB Test if necessary. It's important to note that if you do not currently possess a valid certificate of clearance through the CTC (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing), you will be responsible for the associated fees required for fingerprints and obtaining the necessary permit/credential. Once the interview process is completed, successful candidates will receive an invitation to attend a mandatory compensated orientation on February 26th, 2024. This event will provide valuable information and insights related to the position and our organization.

Applicants who do not include all the required documentation in their application will not be considered for this position.
