Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Technology Director, the Database Manager shall manage and support the school’s student information, with a focus on the Infinite Campus system. The Database Manager will be responsible for managing the Student Information System (SIS) SQL databases, writing SSRS reports, and creating SSIS packages. The Database Manager’s primary task shall be to work closely with the Technology, Attendance, Counseling, Special Education, Health, Food Services, Transportation and Discipline Offices to ensure the school’s core SIS system functions are performed completely, correctly and on time. SIS functions include, but are not limited to: admissions, enrollment, rostering, grading, reporting, and demographic data. This position will also strategically manage, create, and perform SIS yearly and end of term tasks such as close of the year, setup of the new year, report card and transcript generation. The role also involves regular training and assistance to teachers.

Requirements / Qualifications

Five (5) years of database administration; Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems.
