$15,000 HIRING BONUS!! Newly hired Education Specialists will be issued the Hiring Incentive over three lump sums of $5,000. The first incentive will be paid on or before December 30, 2024; the second incentive will be paid to all Education Specialists that received the first incentive on or before December 30, 2025; and the third incentive will be paid on or before December 30, 2026 to all Education Specialists that received the first and second incentives.

Education Specialist Extensive Support Needs Credential (previously Moderate/Severe) with EL Authorization. *Applicants that are Intern Eligible must upload a letter from their university/college stating that they met all requirements to be Intern Eligible.
- Copy of Transcript (Attach a copy of unofficial transcripts for all coursework)
- Credential Copy (Attach copy of teaching credential)
- English Learner Authorization (Attach a screenshot of CTC Authorizations)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Attach two (2) letters of recommendation)
