Job Summary
Job Summary
A SEAS Case Manager provides quality grade-level instruction while using trauma-informed practices. The SEAS Teacher will aid in explicitly teaching skills to children and their families within an intensive therapeutic environment that provides effective educational opportunities to succeed in school and the community and to optimize individual success. The SEAS Teacher will partner with SEAS classroom staff to support a positive culture of social-emotional learning, positive reinforcement, engagement, and learning. Additionally, the SEAS Teacher's responsibilities include monitoring IEP goal progress, writing and holding IEP meetings, completing assessments when needed, and collaborating with families.

Based on educational units and years of full-time teaching experience. Maximum placement is Class IV, Step 11 (with 10 years teaching experience).
HEALTH BENEFITS:
Based on selected plan/provider, full-time employees receive family medical coverage, employee life and vision, and employee or family dental coverage. Part-time employees receive benefits equal to the % worked.
WORK CALENDAR:
Calendar is 187 work days. All new employees are on a 11-month pay schedule. Returning employees are on a 12-month pay schedule.
