Job Summary
Job Summary
Assess and recruit eligible students for WorkAbility program. Assist students with developing pre-employment and vocational skills. Serve as a liaison between the County Office, local districts, students, families, employers, and outside agencies regarding employment services, job opportunities and placement. Develop employment opportunities within the community. Assist students with obtaining and retaining employment. Monitor and evaluate student work performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required: -High school diploma or equivalent. -Three years experience working with individuals in a vocational or instructional environment. -Valid California driver’s license. -First Aid and CPR Certification (provided by SLOCOE) must be obtained within 130 days of employment

Grade 18, $16.70 - $28.43 per hour. Salary range represents Steps 1 - 19. Salary step placement is determined by directly related experience and education in accordance with Merit System Rule 4872.1.

School year, 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm, hours vary, some evenings & weekends.
