Comments and Other Information
As a recruitment incentive, the Speech and Language Therapist shall be granted a sum of up to fifteen thousand ($15,000) 1st - $5,000. to be paid in the first paycheck; 2nd $5,000 to be paid at the end of the 1st school year; 3rd $5,000 to be paid at the end of the 2nd school year providing the employee is in active paid status at the time of final school year paycheck. Bonus is prorated for less than 8 hrs/day.
