The SSFUSD community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco.
Requirements / Qualifications
If you have an AA degree or higher or have achieved a minimum of 48 units of college coursework, you must attach those documents in order to be considered.
Resume Preferred. Negative TB test from within the last 60-days (immediately preceding onboarding) required. Government Issued Photo ID Social Security Card CPR and First Aid Certification (Required for Paraprofessional II - Special Education assignments). LiveScan Fingerprinting (referral and forms will be provided to you by SSFUSD upon onboarding). Once we have completed the application screening process, applicants whose skills and experience match the position specifications and who meet the educational requirements will be contacted. Applicants who do not meet the educational requirements will be invited to participate in testing. All contact from SSFUSD in response to applications will be made via email. We are also looking for Childcare paraprofessionals to work during the regular school year. Must have flexible availability and must be willing to accept substitute assignments with little notice. Experience working in a special education classroom setting preferred.
