Fresno Catholic School System is a preschool through high school system located in Fresno, California seeking a dynamic President to successfully lead strategic initiatives. The President of Fresno Catholic Schools will be the chief executive officer of the corporation that includes four distinct schools on three separate campuses. The President will be directly accountable to the Board of Directors and the Superintendent of Catholic schools of the Diocese of Fresno. The system includes San Joaquin Memorial High School, Holy Cross Junior High School, St. Helen Elementary School and St. Anthony Elementary School. The high school and junior high share a campus and the two elementary schools are situated within four miles of the high school/junior high location. Total enrollment within the system of four schools is 1200 students with an annual budget approaching $15 million dollars. The President serves as the chief executive officer for the system and is responsible for the operational vitality of the schools, including advancement, enrollment, marketing, finances, and capital projects. The President leads and articulates the school’s mission and vision, creates and implements strategic plans, and builds and nurtures constituent and stakeholder relationships on and off-campus. The President also bears ultimate responsibility for the school’s Catholic identity and academic programs and is supported by a robust senior leadership team in carrying out these responsibilities. The President works to lead all members of the school community in carrying out the mission and philosophy of the schools. This is accomplished by communicating the mission and vision of the schools (and the school system) clearly and enthusiastically, by appropriately delegating responsibility and authority, creating accountability, and by prudent strategic planning and decision makin
