Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources or other assigned supervisor, the technician will provide support to department activities with specific responsibility for ensuring the timely placement of qualified substitutes; provide information to potential applicants on positions within the district, maintain records of employee status; process status update, prepare reports and provide clerical support to the department. The technician will also ensure compliance with mandated requirements and maintain confidential employee records.

Requirements / Qualifications

Documents: Letter of Introduction Resume Three letter of recommendations - Letters must be current (within the last two calendar years and one must be from a current or former supervisor/manager) High or College diploma/transcripts (will need official transcripts upon hire) Background clearance (HR will provide Livescan form upon hire) TB clearance (will need upon hire) Experience: Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. College level coursework preferred.
