Job Summary

Job Summary

The Community School Program Coordinator will provide on-site case management services to families and students by planning, integrating, and coordinating the delivery of pipeline services to Learning Communities and consult and collaborate with school personnel to promote a positive school environment that is responsive to the needs of students, parents, staff, and community members.

Requirements / Qualifications

Completed Edjoin Application High School Diploma BA in Social Work or related field preferred Two (2) years' experience of social work, working in schools, or community based organizations, Family Resource Centers, or related experience preferred. Resume 3 Letters of Recommendation Valid CA Driver's License
