Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: BA/BS preferred; Associate's degree + 4 years Administrative Assistant experience; or 8-10 years proven success as an Administrative Assistant.

This Events Coordinator position with our organization will be at the heart of ensuring the success and seamless execution of a diverse range of events, from high-energy IGNITE (all-staff) gatherings to strategic staff development sessions and expansive network-wide events. This role will encompass comprehensive event project planning, strategic event promotion, oversight for gatherings of over 20 participants, and the management of our organization's annual Master Calendar.
