Join our team as an Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO) Site Leader and make a meaningful impact on children's educational journeys! As a vital part of our program, you'll collaborate closely with the ELO Program Lead, ensuring a secure and organized environment while supporting expanded learning initiatives. Your role involves providing technical guidance for program resources, maintaining schedules, and facilitating enriching activities for students. Effective communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders is key as you relay information on activities, student progress, and enrollment. Your responsibilities extend to coordinating staff, managing inventory, and intervening in unsafe situations. Program administration duties include ensuring accurate sign-in records, following schedules, communicating policies, and promptly reporting any issues or challenges to the Program Lead or site Principal. This role offers an hourly rate of $25 and requires experience working with children, ideally with a background in Early Childhood Education or Education. Prior Waldorf training is a definite plus.
