SELECTION PROCEDURE: This is an OPEN recruitment to establish an eligibility list and fill a vacancy. The eligibility list will be used to fill permanent vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list. This position is full-time, 12 months per year. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: two years journey-level plumbing experience. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver's license; positions in this class are required to obtain a Certificate of Competence issued by the County Health Department to test backflow devices within six months of hire.
