Requirements / Qualifications
*A five minute Typing Certificate validating ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm Net Speed. Typing test available 8:00am - 3:00pm M-F* (FOR THE TYPING TEST AVAILABILITY AT OUR HR OFFICE. Under the direction of the Director - Purchasing, prepare and process documents and materials, including purchase orders, requisitions and letters;
enter orders online; setup online accounts; request quotes from vendors, as needed; scan, email and breakdown purchase orders and contracts;
respond to inquiries and provide information, direction and make appropriate referral to personnel and vendors as needed; contact personnel and
vendors to verify information and respond to inquiries; research information as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from high school and three years of responsible office experience involving technical procedures, volume activities and statistical
record-keeping.
PLEASE NOTE: *Current TEAMS1 employees will be given first consideration.
This recruitment will serve to fill current vacancy listed above and to establish a three month eligibility pool for future vacancies throughout the district.
