Job Summary
Under the direction of the Teaching & Learning Director, the IT Manager oversees the operation of the Natomas Charter School technology hardware and network infrastructure. The IT Manager provides technical support to all certificated and classified staff regarding the use of networking equipment and online resources including Google Workspace for Education, Active Directory, Schoology, and Clever. This individual configures, installs, repairs, troubleshoots, and maintains computer networks and related equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent service disruptions. The IT Manager assists the Computer Support Specialists with on-going support for desktop and laptop computers, tablet devices, printers, and peripherals.
