EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Three years of journey level experience in multiple construction trades and/or repair of large buildings or school district facilities, including two years in a supervisory or management capacity. Graduation from high school, plus college level courses in facility maintenance, business management, automation, and personnel management desirable.
