Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Three years of journey level experience in multiple construction trades and/or repair of large buildings or school district facilities, including two years in a supervisory or management capacity. Graduation from high school, plus college level courses in facility maintenance, business management, automation, and personnel management desirable. Qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
