Requirements / Qualifications

1. Master’s degree (in progress or intent to pursue); 2. Possess an appropriate California School Administrative Credential (or Certificate of Eligibility for Administrative Credential or Verify Eligibility for Administrative Services Internship Program). 3. A minimum of three years of successful regular classroom teaching experience; 4. Administrative-type experience in the public schools at the appropriate level is preferred; 5. Demonstrated competence in student relations and student body affairs; 6. Demonstrated success in developing student and staff leadership; 7. Ability to relate well to teachers, students and parents; 8. Strong organizational skills including follow-through on all assigned responsibilities; 9. Experienced and knowledgeable in implementing instructional and organizational strategies proven successful in improving overall school performance; 10. Willingness to participate in selected professional growth activities; 11. Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
