Requirements / Qualifications
Must hold a valid Clear California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with CLAD certification. * Employees hired after July 2023 must possess or be willing to obtain TK authorization within two years of hire.
A virtual assessment will be administered as part of the selection process. Must upload the required documents - upload the attachment named exactly as stated (i.e., Letter of Recommendation) or your application will not move forward in the selection process.

Comments and Other Information
Under general direction, this teacher is responsible for the direct instruction of students in a distance learning environment for 4 hours daily including iCan sessions on Friday and once regional monthly park meet ups. The teacher will serve an assigned grade span between K-8. They will instruct, collaborate with parents on goal setting, lesson plan, review student learning, create online portfolios, proctor assessments, create report cards and assign grades. Notes:
* $3000 sign on bonus is applicable to external candidates only and paid after 90 days of successful employment.
* Position dependent on enrollment.
* Mileage will be reimbursed for work travel.
* Upon hire, employee may be placed in multiple charters which could have tax implications.
* Springs Charter Schools adheres to all California Department of Public Health mandates to ensure in-person instruction at campuses and administrative operations are conducted in a safe manner consistent with state and local public health guidance.
* Springs reserves the sole discretion to close this position at any time.
