Job Summary

Paso Robles JUSD is seeking an IT Manager PCN# New Under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology, the Manager-Information Technology will focus on cybersecurity, project management, and assistance in the overall management of IT services throughout the district. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, project management methodologies, and the ability to lead a team to achieve strategic IT goals. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, security, and continuous improvement of the school district's information technology processes and infrastructure. This position involves supporting the IT Director in overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all technology systems to meet the educational and administrative needs of the district as well as supervising staff within the department.

Education / Experience Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bachelor / Masters Degree (desired) * Three (or more) years of increasingly responsible work with information/instructional technology; * Any combination of education, training, and/or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the required duties. A typical qualifying background might include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certifications as well as CITE CTO or TMAP certification are highly desirable.
