* * * LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TEACHER TO FILLED AN OPENING AT LYNWOOD ADULT SCHOOL * * * THIS IS A PART/TIME TEACHING POSITION MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - 1.5 HRS @ DAY; TOTAL OF 3 HRS PER WEEK FROM 5 - 6:30 P.M. * * * * THIS POSITION NEEDS TO FILLED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE * * * * MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of the subject area(s) appropriate for the class being taught including knowledge of pharmaceutical standards, practices, and procedures required for a pharmacy certification, California State Board of Pharmacy guidelines for Pharmacy Technician, National Certification, regulations and requirements in various pharmacy practice settings; knowledge of approved and effective techniques of student supervision, motivation, and discipline; knowledge of approved and effective student testing and evaluation methods and techniques; knowledge of appropriate curriculum and instructional materials for assigned subject area. CREDENTIAL REQUIRED: . California Pharmacy Technician, National Certification (Assistance in obtaining credential provided by BVROP) .
