Under the direction of the Director of Programs/Student Support Services, the Registrar/Office Manager is responsible for the performing clerical and statistical record keeping duties in the evaluation, preparation, modification, and maintenance of scholastic records. Duties include inputting student data, maintaining master schedule, and coordinating the efforts of the Registration Office personnel. Responsible for overseeing student enrollment, developing monthly high school and/or adult class status reports and enrollment information for participating high schools and Center administrators. Handles customer concerns, training, scheduling, and staff development. Responsible for all student records. Processes applications, payments, and refund requests. Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Knowledge of ? Transcript evaluation and student enrollment procedures and requirements of ROC/P. ? State requirements for courses. ? Record keeping and report preparation. ? Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary; oral and written skills. ? Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy telephone techniques and etiquette. ? Operation of a computer and assigned software data entry. Experience ? Three or more years of office experience in an education institution. ? Extensive responsibility in Registration is desirable. ? Business correspondence and office equipment such as Equifax check system, credit card processing, and cash drawer handling.

SALARY RANGE: $4,493 - $6,291 Monthly; $53,916 - $75,492 Annually
? Starting placement of salary based on education and work experience
? Education stipend for a Master’s degree of $500; requires sealed official transcripts
