Job Summary
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Information Technology (IT), the Information Technology Support Manager shall maintain the Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools (HCCTS) technology Support, while looking for cost-effective ways to meet future needs. Responsible for assisting with technology maintenance and growth plans, managing IT staff, and keeping leaderships teams up to date on the latest technologies that could help staff and students succeed.
Requirements / Qualifications
• High School Diploma is Required • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and • Four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in the setup and repair of networked computer workstations, computer applications, online platforms, and advanced technical support or • A combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of this position.
The position requires the following items: 1. Resume 2. Completion of a high school diploma or GED (available upon request) as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
