A district-wide eligibility list will be established, is valid for one year, and will be used to fill full-time and substitute positions in this classification. PRIOR EXPERIENCE MUST BE DETAILED ON APPLICATION. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Three years of experience has been found to be a minimum requirement for successful job performance. 12 units of coursework in accounting or bookkeeping can be substituted for 1 year of required experience. Relevant experience, education, certificates and/or licenses may be substituted.

SELECTION PROCESS: All applications will be screened and evaluated to ensure application is complete, certifications are attached, and applicant meets minimum qualifications. The process will include a written and oral exam for all qualified applicants. Those candidates achieving a passing score of 70% or higher will be placed on an eligibility list and the top three ranks of candidates will receive a departmental interview. Additional interviews will be conducted in rank order until all open positions are filled as vacancies occur. All examinations are based on the job description for the position. Job descriptions are available on the District website, Personnel Commission, or Human Resources. The written exam will take place November 27 - 29, 2023 online via e-Skill. Oral interviews will be held in-person at the District Office December 7, 2023.
