Job Summary
The Restorative Justice (RJ) Coach will work within a team of Restorative Justice Coaches and the Secondary Schools RJ administrator to support effective and sustainable Restorative Justice implementation. The RJ Coach’s duties include providing professional development at the site and district level, co-developing restorative student support systems, modeling restorative practices and processes, leading communities of practice, and coaching both one-on-one and in small groups. Candidates must have extensive training and experience in Restorative Practices including: Circle Facilitating, Community Building, Facilitating Harm and Conflict Processes and Re-Entry Practices. Applicants must hold a Clear Single Subject or Clear Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
