Other possible job opportunities: ELOP After School Care Instructor and Campus Monitor This position will work closely with a team of after-school aides under the supervision of the after-school program coordinator. Responsibilities •Lead daily curriculum activities designed to promote creativity and social and emotional development •Create a fun and safe learning environment •Prepare daily snacks and lead snack time •Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents •Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress •Maintain the health and safety of all students Qualifications: • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred) • Passionate about working with children • Positive and patient demeanor • High School Diploma • Must be at least 18 years of age • Able to commute to the Irvine area • Available M-F in the afternoons (2:00pm - 6pm) • Complete a Health Screening Report • Provide documentation of the Measles and Pertussis vaccine and current T.B. test • Complete and pass a Live Scan background clearance • CPR and First Aide certification (does not need to be completed prior to the start date) ********** Bilingual Mandarin Preferred ********************* ************** 24-25 School Year *********************
