Hemet Unified School District is one of the largest geographic areas of any district in California. POSITION INFORMATION: Position Title: Behavior Support Specialist Location: This position is considered District-Wide. Work Hours/Days: 8 hours per day | Monday - Friday Work Schedule: To be determined by site Salary: $31.79 - $38.59 per hour (Range 40) Work Year: Classified Specialty Fields Calendar (205 paid days) REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: ALL of the following items MUST be attached to your application: (1) Updated Resume (relevant to this position) (2) Two (2) professional Letters of Recommendation (3) Proof of Education Requirement as listed below: (a) Bachelor's degree or higher degree with a major or minor in Psychology/Social/Behavioral Sciences or related field OR (b) Minimum 60 college units with (2) years' experience working in counseling or programs for at-risk youth with emotional/behavioral issues. **Copy of Degree or Transcripts clearly showing applicant name, school name, and date units/degree awarded will be accepted** PLEASE NOTE: Failure to attach all required documents may cause you to be screened out.
