Requirements / Qualifications
Licenses and Other Requirements needed: CPR/First Aide Certificate, Driver's License & Evidence of Insurability and SB 1626 Certification Training.
Test Information: The testing process may consist of a minimum of two or more parts; written multiple choice examination(s) and/or verbal performance examinations. Applicants must pass the first test to be invited/considered for the second exercise. Applicants will be notified if they meet the minimum qualifications required to take the written examination. Candidates are required to present a valid picture identification prior to sign-in. Please allow at least 2 or more hours for the written multiple-choice examination.
