1. Must possess a valid California Teaching Credential (Multiple Subject, Single Subject, or Education Specialist). 2. Must have valid English Learner Authorization. 3. Administrative Credential preferred. 4. Five or more years of successful classroom teacher experience working with students, including English Learners, Low-Income, Foster Youth and students with diverse learning needs. 5. Knowledge of State content area frameworks and approaches that support strong first instructional practices, progress monitoring, and assessment. 6. Demonstrated skills working with at-risk students in an intervention setting. 7. Ability to work with administrators, teachers, and support staff to implement program goals
