Job Summary

Under the guidance and oversight of the District Community Schools Coordinator, independently perform and accomplish highly technical administrative and staff duties related to the coordination and participation in collaborative leadership with their assigned community school, administrators, and school teams in the establishment and development of the Community Schools program pillars and structures; lead the work of identified staff.

Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to: An Associate's degree from an accredited institution in communications, social services, education, school counseling or a related field and five years of recent, progressively responsible, related experience working with students and families in the TK-12 educational system or with organizations that serve school communities. Experience in the establishment of community partnerships to support the development of comprehensive school systems and structures is highly preferred.
