Three school districts serve the overall student population for Chowchilla and the surrounding area, including Alview-Dairyland Union School District (ADUSD) and Chowchilla Elementary School District (CESD), which both feed students into the Chowchilla Union High School District programs. Job Summary
The position is established for the purposes of providing support for the educational process with specific responsibilities for transporting students, maintaining the school grounds and ensuring an attractive, safe, and sanitary school environment. Specific responsibilities for transporting students over scheduled routes and special excursions; providing services to maintain attractive and safe grounds/athletic fields, prepare grounds/facilities for events and recreational activities; perform special cleaning operations for the purposes of safe and sanitary facilities; assist in preparing facilities for school activities and campus events.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Valid California Commercial Class B driver's license with air brakes, passenger and school bus endorsement. 2. Valid California Special Certificate to drive a School Bus with no restrictions. 3. Current DMV Medical Certificate. 4. Current First Aid Card. 5. Letter of Intent/Introduction 6. Resume 7. Two Letters of Reference 8. T-01 & T-02 training forms from the CA Department of Education showing hours of training. ***Incomplete Application will NOT be considered***
