MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS •Possession of a Master’s Degree. •Valid California Board of Behavioral Sciences license in one of the following: Marriage Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) or a valid license as a California Licensed Psychologist. •Two (2) years’ experience managing a behavioral health operation, including supervision of MFT, ACSW or PCCI interns. •Three (3) years’ experience working in a community service agency providing individual, group, and family therapy.
