FLSA Classification: Full time, Exempt Reports To: Director of Finance & Operations Position Purpose: The role of the Controller is an integral part of the business office responsible for coordinating the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of historical and future income and expenses, in addition to other special reports that may be needed. The Controller also oversees the functions of accounting, audit, and budgeting. This position will begin in November 2023.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in non-profit accounting, including managerial experience in an educational setting. • Working knowledge of non-profit accounting is essential.
