We are thrilled to add this specialized position to our already stellar Special Education team. Our American Sign Language (ASL) Paraeducator will assist certificated teaching staff, therapist, nurse, and other specialists in providing instruction to individuals or small groups of students assigned to special programs/services offered by NCSOS including classrooms serving students identified primarily as deaf or hard of hearing Students might also may be eligible for special education in the area of intellectual disability, orthopedic impairment, autism, multi-disability, emotionally disturbed, specific learning disability and alternative education. Most positions are classroom-based but could be itinerant. We are searching for a candidate who is fluent in ASL.

  •      OR Paraprofessional Testing (If you don't have 48 units, a paraprofessional test is required. Contact our office for details.)
