Job Summary
The Reading Intervention Teacher creates and executes a rigorous intervention program for students struggling with literacy in grades K-8. The Reading Intervention Teacher will collaborate closely with grade-level teachers to plan and deliver targeted instruction to small groups of students in a pull-out setting. Other responsibilities include delivering a high-quality, rigorous, and practical curriculum, and planning, implementing, and reflecting upon all aspects of instruction to help improve academic proficiency among the student population.
