Job Summary
Performs a variety of complex clerical and statistical record keeping duties related to the enrollment, graduation or withdrawal of high school or special program students according to established policies and procedures. Evaluates, processes, maintains and records semester hour credits and subject grades. Maintains and stores all academic records.
Requirements / Qualifications
In order to be considered, applicants must submit the following by the final filing date: Completed Ed-Join Application Cover Letter Resume Current Letters of Recommendation Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Additional business or secretarial training preferred. Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible clerical or record keeping experience within a school office is required *Clerical/Administrative Support Level II test must be completed/passed prior to employment. Location: Adult Education – 575 Hays Street, Woodland, CA 95695, Room F4. Dates/Times: Tuesday – at 9 a.m., Thursday at 5 p.m. Call 530-662-0798 to schedule testing appointment.

The District will contribute towards health benefits on a prorated basis (based on employee's work year and hours assigned). The benefit package includes options for medical, dental and vision. Medical plan options include Kaiser, Western Health Advantage and Sutter Health Plus.
$9,360 per year for Employee-only medical benefit selection.
$11,400 per year for Employee+1 or Family medical benefit selection.
