Job Summary
Under the direction of the designated supervisor, the Digital Navigator Lead provides guidance, support, and first-line supervision to the Digital Navigators. The Digital Navigator Lead is the primary liaison to the IT department and is responsible for managing device inventory and distribution. Additionally, the Digital Navigator Lead manages the physical workspace (e.g., Digital Learning Lab, Student Support Center), including logistics and staff scheduling, to ensure an excellent student support and onboarding experience. The Digital Navigator Lead’s work is part of HCCTS’ efforts to achieve and maintain a 1:1 digital device environment, elevate digital literacy agency-wide, reach instructional technology objectives, and provide equitable internet access and support for every student.
Requirements / Qualifications
High School Diploma required; associate’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university is preferred.
