Job Summary
The job of Expanded Learning Coach is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the educational process with specific responsibilities for organizing age-appropriate activities for school age students; coaching Expanded Learning Specialists; ensuring the coordination and distribution of meals/snacks; providing assistance with homework; assisting in maintaining a clean and safe learning environment for students; and ensuring compliance with district, state and federal guidelines.
Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants must have a total of 3 years of education and/or experience in any of the following areas: behavioral science, social service, education, classroom experience, or a similar function relating to the minimum qualification's skills, knowledge, and abilities of the classification. **Blank or incomplete applications will NOT be accepted*
This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: The Expanded Learning Coach assists with the facilitation of the after school program activities. The position requires sufficient competency in subject matter support to provide orientation and oversight to the Expanded Learning Specialists and subject matter tutors.
