THIS IS FOR NEW SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS ONLY A complete application requires all the documents below: 1. Application 2. Letters of reference (2) 3. Valid Permit/Credential (Must possess a valid Emergency 30 Day Substitute Permit, 90 Day Perspective or CA Teaching Credential) a. Must be Fingerprint Cleared through Tulare County Office of Education 5. TB clearance within the last 4 years (proof) or Xray (10 years)-upload *You must be able to provide proof of your ID and Social Security Card(original) if called for an interview
- Credential Copy ( Valid Permit/Credential (Must possess a valid Emergency 30 Day Substitute Permit, 90 Day Perspective or CA Teaching Credential) )
- Letter(s) of Reference (Two reference letters - not older than one year)
- TB Screening Result (4 years (proof) or Xray (10 years))

Comments and Other Information
In order for our substitute placement system to work efficiently and effectively, we must have substitutes that will be available to accept assignments on a regular basis.
*Our expectations for the 2023-2024 school year will require sub teachers to work 3-4 days a month to remain on the sub list.
