This position is crucial in ensuring that our preschool maintains a supportive and productive work environment for all staff members. The HR Generalist will handle a broad range of HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. May participate in outreach or special activities that promote the organization and its programs to the community. This position will be the contact point for Family F.O.C.U.S.'s relationship with SinglePoint Outsourcing to provide additional support in fulfilling these responsibilities. *Must have understanding and experience/training in HR and payroll-related procedures.*.
