Job Summary
This is an open and promotional recruitment to establish an eligibility list to fill the current vacant positions. The eligibility list will also be used to fill any vacancies which may occur within a period of one year, or until depleted. The current vacancy is 8 hours per day. This classification typically work 6-8 hours per day. The recruitment process will consist of a written examination and a structured interview. BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned administrator and a certificated School Nurse, perform a variety of clerical duties to meet the health needs of students; administer basic first aid and screen ill or injured students; prepare and maintain student health and immunization records and files.
Requirements / Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year of clerical or health office experience. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency.
